Heavy-duty Plastic Crates Mould manufactures plastic crates for storing all kinds of goods and transporting them from one place to another. The goods are placed in crates with or without lids and placed or stacked on pallets loaded onto transport vehicles such as trucks or train cars and shipped to their destination. It protects transported and stored goods from damage or breakage and simplifies the handling of goods.

Process

We designed Heavy-duty Plastic Crates Mould using CAD, Pro-E, UG and other advanced software. Through the processing technology such as CNC / EDM, using P20 die steel as raw material, through quenching and high temperature tempering in the medium period, the workpiece has excellent synthetic mechanical properties, thereby improving the hardness. In the later stage, nitriding is carried out (since nitriding is characterized by low temperature and small deformation, we can have very high surface hardness and wear resistance without quenching).
