We use advanced design software, including Moldflow, UG, PROE and AUTOCAD, as well as HRC28-32 P20 tool steel to increase the hardness of the mold, allowing it to have excellent synthetic mechanical properties through quenching and high temperature tempering in an intermediate process. In the final stage, nitriding is performed. In this way, the industrial casing molds we produce have the characteristics of low wear, short cycle, high precision and long service life.
